FOOD ALLERGIES: THE BIG 8
Between 50% and 90% of all severe allergic reactions to foods are caused by only eight foods. The most common food allergies are: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish and shellfish.
Cooking with Whole / Not processed foods is a Great way to avoid Allergic Reactions. Sadly time constraints seem to sap the joy and energy out of those of us who wish to cook Wholesome meals for our Families and Avoid allergens. Add to the busy-ness of life a family with Multiple allergies or just one member eating differently from the rest and it is a recipe for frustration.
