Join Anne Riordan at CPO for a field walk through her cannellinis beans, with experimental mustard plantings for disease control. She will provide an overview of planting, nutrient management, weed control, harvest, and drying. This will be followed by a limited tour and demonstration of the newly renovated beanery. Come share the evening and bring a friend!

Cayuga Pure Organics, based in the Finger Lakes region of central New York, is an Organic farm with a mission: To re-build our local food systems in harmony with the earth, and in the spirit of community. Anne Riordan is the passionate young farmer at Cayuga Pure Organics and she knows beans.
