Evan Lieberman Westchester Medical Center Trauma Mud Run
Join us on Sunday, September 20, 2015 for the Evan Lieberman Westchester Medical Center Trauma Mud Run. This adventure race will challenge you to run through the woods, scramble through mud, climb obstacles and navigate Fire Towers all within the property of Westchester Medical Center. A Fundraiser for the Joel A. Halpern Regional Trauma Center, this fun 5K OBSTACLE COURSE run will challenge every level of athlete that shows up! Whether you are a seasoned runner looking to add some spice to your racing or a walker wanting to try something new with some friends…this is the race for YOU!
Participant heats will start every 15 minutes beginning at 8:30 am. Registration is available on http://events.westchestermedicalcenter.com/mudrun. All race day registrants will be assigned a race time on site.

Early Bird (before August 24) – $72*
*Includes a $7 insurance fee & a $50 donation to the Trauma Center.
General (before September 20) – $92*
*Includes a $7 insurance fee & a $70 donation to the Trauma Center
Day Of – $107*
*Includes a $7 insurance fee & a $92 donation to the Trauma Center
Student (must have a valid high school or college ID) – $40*
*Includes a $7 insurance fee & an $18 donation to the Trauma Center
$15 Kid Dash
Kids under 13 can register for our 500 meter kid dash. They will run through a small obstacle course around the Oval and finish in our mud pit. All kids will receive a medal.
All participants will receive a Trauma Mud Run t-shirt.
All purchases and fees related to this event are final and non-refundable.
RACE DAY DETAILS:
Registration: Please plan to arrive at least one hour prior to your scheduled start time to allow adequate time to check-in and warm up prior to the race. Please remember to bring your driver’s license or a form of photo I.D. to race registration as you will be unable to check-in without it.
Parking: There will be NO parking on the Westchester Medical Center Campus on race day. Parking will be conveniently available offsite at 19 Bradhurst Avenue, Hawthorne, NY. Bradhurst Avenue is accessible from the Sprain Brook Parkway northbound off the Hospital Road exit and southbound at the RT-100N/Hawthorne exit. Please follow signs off the exit to event parking. There will be continuous shuttle buses operating to take you to and from the race location. Spectators must also use the shuttle.
Baggage check, showers, changing area & restrooms: There will be complimentary baggage check & restrooms available at the race site. At the conclusion of the race, you can cool down & clean up at the spray showers and changing area.
Following your heat, rinse off in the showers and join us for the post-race festival. We will have a BBQ lunch, activities, and live entertainment!
