Description: The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) invites proposals from qualified developers (Applicant) to design, construct, finance, lease and maintain an amenities retail center or mixed use building and related improvements at the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park® (STEP®) in the Town of Malta, Saratoga County, New York. It is envisioned that the building will contain a variety of business amenity services, such as a deli/coffee shop, fitness center, daycare, copy center, dry cleaner, and other such businesses that will support companies located in the immediate vicinity.
