President Obama declared Albany, Clinton, Delaware, Dutches, Essex, Greene, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester Counties Disaster Zones eligible for residential and business FEMA relief.
Funding for temporary housing, repairs, and low cost loans are available. State and some local governments, private non-profits in 19 counties are also eligible.
