Special Topic Workshops
- Wednesday, August 19: Submerged Plants and the Hudson Ecosystem. Norrie Point Environmental Center, 256 Norrie Point Way, Staatsburg, Dutchess County. With guest scientist Stuart Findlay from the Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies, we will examine current research on submerged aquatic plants, especially wild celery (Vallisneria), and do field studies of aquatic vegetation.
