Electric Vehicle Procurement: Guidance & Models for Municipalities

Switching from gasoline-powered vehicles to electric vehicles in New York State could reduce emissions by as much as 75% per mile. Many municipalities would like to add electric vehicles and other zero emission vehicles (ZEVs) to their fleets but feel constrained by financial and institutional barriers. This Climate Smart Communities webinar will introduce models that can lower the upfront cost of ZEVs for municipalities. Speakers will discuss innovative ZEV leasing arrangements and the potential for reducing procurement costs through aggregated purchasing.

The attendee ID is recommended but not required.
